Prospero AG - The Cost-Benefit Equation: Compliance and Technology Survey Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Prospero AG Compliance and Technology in Financial Services Survey Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to professionals working in the financial services industry.

2. Entry:

  • To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Prospero AG Compliance and Technology in Financial Services Survey honestly and truthfully.

  • Entrants must also correctly answer the Prize Draw question.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize:

  • For every 25 eligible entries received, Prospero AG will award 1 prize.

  • The prize will be awarded based on the contestant's choice of one of the following options: a $100 Amazon gift card, a Nespresso machine, a Philips air purifier, a Londo Genuine Leather Mousepad or a pair of Noise-Cancelling Headphones.

4. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected through a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

  • The total number of winners will be determined by the total number of eligible entries divided by 25.

5. Draw Date:

  • The Prize Draw will take place on 20.01.25.

6. Notification:

  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the draw date.

7. Claiming the Prize:

  • The prize must be claimed within 14 days from the date of notification.

  • To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification email with the required information.

8. Public Announcement:

  • Winners will be notified individually. To maintain data protection and privacy, we will not disclose full names. However, we may announce the winners' initials and the company they represent on the companies website at www.prospero.systems.

9. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the survey and prize draw will be used for the sole purpose of the survey and prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disqualification:

  • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

11. General Conditions:

  • By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Prospero AG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw in its sole discretion.

  • The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law.

12. Change of Dates:

  • Prospero AG reserves the right to change the closing date or make other necessary adjustments to the Prize Draw at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated on the company website at www.prospero.systems.
